Everywhere we go we hear drink more water. Why? How much? So here is the answer! The human body is 2/3 water that’s almost 75% water. Our tissues and organs are made up of water. I could give you percentages of what is made up of how much water but that’s not going to hold your interest.

My Approach

As a personal health coach, I will work with you to identify your diet and nutritional needs and provide you with a basic diet plan to help you manage weight, feel more energy and sleep better. I will help you manage health challenges including diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure and Thyroid.
