Chia Pudding

Why Chia Pudding?
​
The main ingredient Coconut milk in this pudding has heart healthy fats. Coconuts have Lauric Acid which have anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties which aid in boosting immune system. Research suggests that coconut milk has MCTs (Medium Chain Triglycerides) which enable weight loss through a process called thermogenesis or heat production
Chia seeds are tiny seeds but rich in nutrients such as Fiber, Omega 3 Fatty Acids, Antioxidants, Iron and Calcium
Honey is rich in Antioxidants and has Antimicrobial and Antiviral properties
Ingredients:

2 cups Coconut Milk

4 tablespoons Organic Honey (you can use Maple Syrup too)

6 tablespoons Chia seeds
-
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Essence

1/2 cup chopped almonds/walnuts/cashews (mixed nuts)

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender except chia seeds and nuts

Add in Chia seeds
-
Top with mixed nuts
-
Pour into bowl and refrigerate for 4-6 hours
