Fish with Herbs and Lemon
Ingredients

4 white fish fillets (Cod, Halibut, Basa)
-
2 tablespoons EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
-
1 tablespoon Dill
-
1 tablespoon Parsley
-
1 tablespoon Oregano
-
1 lemon sliced thin
-
¼ teaspoon salt
-
Pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat oven to 350 degrees
-
Place fish in oven safe/baking dish
-
Season fish with salt and pepper
-
Drizzle EVOO lightly over fish fillets
-
Mix Parsley, dill and Oregano – sprinkle and cover fish fillets with herb mixture
-
Place Lemon slices over fish fillets
-
-
Bake in over for 25 minutes or until fish starts to flake
Serving option: serve with side of vegetables and quinoa or brown rice!
