Fish with Herbs and Lemon



  • 4 white fish fillets (Cod, Halibut, Basa)

  • 2 tablespoons EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)

  • 1 tablespoon Dill

  • 1 tablespoon Parsley

  • 1 tablespoon Oregano

  • 1 lemon sliced thin

  • ΒΌ teaspoon salt

  • Pepper to taste



  • Heat oven to 350 degrees

  • Place fish in oven safe/baking dish

  • Season fish with salt and pepper

  • Drizzle EVOO lightly over fish fillets

  • Mix Parsley, dill and Oregano – sprinkle and cover fish fillets with herb mixture

  • Place Lemon slices over fish fillets


  • Bake in over for 25 minutes or until fish starts to flake


Serving option: serve with side of vegetables and quinoa or brown rice!
