Green Smoothie


  1. 5-6 frozen pineapple chunks

  2. 1 large stalk of celery

  3. 1 half cucumber or a small cucumber

  4. Handful of greens (baby spinach or kale or a combination of both)

  5. 1-inch knob of ginger

  6. 1-tablespoon chia seeds

  7. Half lemon or lime (seeds removed)

  8. I cup of coconut water

  9. Handful of mint or basil or cilantro (optional)


Literally throw it all in a high power blender (I use Nutribullet) and blend until smooth (about 50 seconds)​

Serving options: great for a quick nutritious breakfast or snack!!
