Green Smoothie
Ingredients

5-6 frozen pineapple chunks
-
1 large stalk of celery
-
1 half cucumber or a small cucumber
-
Handful of greens (baby spinach or kale or a combination of both)
-
1-inch knob of ginger
-
1-tablespoon chia seeds
-
Half lemon or lime (seeds removed)
-
I cup of coconut water
-
Handful of mint or basil or cilantro (optional)
Instructions

Literally throw it all in a high power blender (I use Nutribullet) and blend until smooth (about 50 seconds)​
​
Serving options: great for a quick nutritious breakfast or snack!!
