Sesame Green Beans
Ingredients

1 lb Green Beans (haricot vert)

1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
-
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook beans in pot of boiling water until crisp but tender (about 6-8 minutes) and drain.

In a skillet or pan warm the olive oil and add sesame seeds. Cook for about one minute.

Add the cooked beans along with salt and pepper. Cook for another 3-5 minutes stirring so beans are coated with sesame seeds and Olive Oil
-
Turn heat off – drizzle with sesame oil and stir.
Serving options: as a vegetable side for lunch or dinner
