Six-month Program

The six-month program is a comprehensive health and wellness reboot. This program includes 12 consultation hours. You will receive a diet and nutrition analysis. Together, we will focus on your specific goals in areas such as achieving ideal weight, reducing cravings, increasing energy, maximizing quality of sleep, and feeling fulfillment. You will begin to develop a deeper understanding of why certain foods and lifestyle choices work better for you, and you'll learn how to implement lasting changes that set the foundation for your highest potential.

  • An initial holistic health consultation discussing your issues and concerns

  • A series of coaching sessions focused on your specific goals and progress

  • Virtual support between sessions via email and text

  • Helpful suggestions, recommendations and activities

  • Relevant handouts and materials to keep you motivated and engaged
